Instructions for Paying the Online Invoice
Step 1:
We use Quickbooks for our invoices. You will receive your invoice from the email quickbooks@notification.inuit.com labeled from Southwest Water and Ice Solutions.
Click the green button labeled, “Review and pay” to begin.
Step 2:
On this screen, you will see the payment about at the top, followed by a choice between Debit or Credit. Click on the desired payment method.
You can then choose an available payment method (Mastercard, Visa, etc.) or add a new card for payment.
Then click the button towards the bottom to pay the invoice.
Note: You can view, download, or print your invoice by clicking the “View invoice” button on the right side of the screen under the total.
