Southwest Gutter, which has been providing high-performance water and ice mitigation solutions for decades, has rebranded as Southwest Water and Ice Solutions (SWIS). This change has been made to better reflect the extensive ice and water mitigation services we offer our clients.

Based in Durango and serving homeowners throughout Southwest Colorado, SWIS can help alleviate the impact of water and ice on the exterior of any home. We offer a comprehensive system that features multiple products working together to deliver unmatched protection against ice dams, clogged gutters, roof avalanches, and more.

Our company has grown significantly during the past few years and has become much more than just a “gutter company.” We utilize our four core products to provide lasting solutions for local homeowners.

• Gutter Helmet^® – We’re the exclusive regional distributor of this patented gutter protection system. It prevents pine needles from clogging your gutters and creating a fire hazard, and also stops small animals from nesting.
• Helmet Heat^® – The Helmet Heat system is formed by combining Gutter Helmet with a heat cable that can be installed in your gutters and downspouts and along your roofline. This prevents the damage that can be caused by the freeze/thaw cycle and the formation of ice dams during colder months.
• Snow Fence – We install the S-5 ColorGard^® snow retention system that prevents large loads of snow and ice from unexpectedly sliding off your roof and endangering those below.
• Seamless gutters – Of course, we also install durable seamless gutters in two profiles and a wide array of colors.
