Our Team
Bob
Bob was a corporate CPA for 30 years who desired to run a high performing business of his own in “retirement”. Bob has owned and operated Southwest Gutter, and now SWIS, since 2017 and is proud of the team we’ve built to solve your water and ice issues at your roofline.
Katie
Katie manages our office and does an outstanding job offering our clients quality service from the first connection to completed project and beyond! As our SWIS quarterback for several years, she keeps us in line and focused on the tasks at hand and even knows the right time to call an audible! Katie loves riding ATV’s and being active while exploring our area. Katie is a focused mom and wife for the men in her life and loves spending time with her extended family!
Cam
Cam is our production lead and a versatile member of the SWIS team who installs all products we offer and performs most of our service work. As a result, he excels at being resourceful as he solves some of our most challenging issues. His attention to detail, pride in his work, leadership, and proficiency are only a few of his outstanding skills. We are thrilled about his ever-increasing role in the SWIS family. Cam is a former wildland firefighter and electrician’s apprentice. He has a continuous passion for learning and loves spending time with his family and their two dogs!
Britton
Britton is one of our leading Sales Representatives. He has a strong background in sales and customer service, among many other skills. He is an integral part of our sales force, and we are glad to have him be a part of the SWIS family. Britton grew up in Pagosa springs and moved to Durango about 8 years ago. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, disc golf and camping when his time allows.
Kee
Kee is our lead Gutter Helmet installer. He has worked in the construction field for 20+ years. With his ray of knowledge and friendly demeanor, our clients are in good hands when Kee is on the job. When not representing SWIS, Kee enjoys hiking, camping, tubing the river, and all and everything this natural preserve we call home has to offer. He is happily married and a father to his son.
Don
Don is our dedicated shop and fleet manager. In addition, he plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations at SWIS, even dabbling in IT support. He also oversees the safety of our team. Needless to say, he has many talents and this growing business plans to leverage them all! Prior to joining the team, Don worked with various construction contractors, with key knowledge of the roofing industry. Don spends his spare time hiking, climbing, traveling and other activities which nurture his yearning for challenge and enjoyment of the area we get to call home.
Ethan
Ethan is a proud technician of the SWIS installation crew. He has an exceptional work ethic, excellent critical thinking skills, and a mechanically inclined mindset. When not playing an important role of the SWIS life, he enjoys studying theology, health and nutrition, and personal finance. Ethan grew up in the 4 corners region and is happy to call this delightful place his home.
Ashley
Ashley is our friendly voice on the phone when you call SWIS. As a life-long resident of our service area, she can efficiently help you book your onsite estimate or facilitate resolution of issues that may arise. Our customers love her positive, can-do personality and we are blessed to have her on the SWIS Team. Ashley also performs various administrative tasks to ensure our client experience is top notch. Ashley resides in Bayfield with her husband and is a loving mom of two children. She enjoys crafting, working on home projects, and tending to her many house plants.”
Robert
Robert is the newest addition to the SWIS installation crew. He has a background in construction and other related fields therefore making him an integral part of our team! His strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and willingness to always do more are just some of the characteristics that make us proud to have him as part of our team! Robert enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors during his free time. He recently became a father and is thrilled to spend time with his son.
